American Youth Soccer Organization started in the mid-1970s in South Bay with Zigi Schmid, Marine Cano, Ricky Davis and a few others. And today, it's an amazing organization that serves the world of football.

At AYSO football competitions, parents are more excited that their child's team will be included in the tournament. The Youth Soccer Organizations club offers young people the opportunity to get acquainted with the sport. They encourage young people to use their youth to play freely on the field. The club believes that younger generations must be well trained to train excellent players. The youths only need supervision and training to be able to live their dreams. They are more experimental and hard-working, which is very important for a successful player.

The Youth Soccer Organizations football club offers its players the opportunity to create their optimal playing potential. Schedules were created by setting up different teams with different expertise. Through this process, each player becomes a mature player who recognizes each new technique he has learned through consistent practice. A player can not measure his ability without an opponent. The team cannot determine the unity of its team if it is not exposed to a match. Football training is best taught with game tournaments. The lessons of the book are less practical if they are not used in the field. Football tournaments are nurtured the most valuable player who does their best throughout the season. Football teams discover a strong defence after a tournament. Opponents are needed to test the strength of the player and the team.

Coaching program

The AYSO coaching program provides volunteer trainers with training and certification resources. The program aims to promote one of the basic guiding principles of Youth Soccer Organizations, namely "positive coaching". In age-specific training courses, trainers are trained at all levels of experience. It uses leaflets, diagrams and textbooks supplemented by camps, clinics and local education programs throughout the country annually.

Officiating program

AYSO's refereeing program offers volunteer referees training that is not limited to the rules of the game so that official games are safe and enjoyable for everyone: coaches, spectators, referees and players. There are six training courses for AYSO referees with cross certification at the USSF. The training of administrators, reviewers and speakers will receive online resources, including videos and workbooks for new referees, supplemented by local instructions. The AYSO Nomination Program also includes a youth referee program. The youth ministry program offers children the opportunity to earn hours of service.
